Almost all IT companies will charge a minimum of an hour just for appearing at your door, regardless of whether they spend less than 15 minutes or not. We don’t feel this is fair.
For short call-outs, less than 15 minutes (and many are), we charge a minimum call-out fee of only $90. Business, Residential, Supergold and Charity all get this “15 minute or less” discounted fee.
